Simply download Pioneer’s free of charge AppRadio application onto your iPhone ® or Android ™ device and connect to the AppRadio receiver using the suitable Pioneer connectivity kit (sold separately) to let out the power of compatible apps right from the dash of your car!

AppRadioLIVE simplifies your drive by combining the information you need during your commute into a single, elementary to use interface. It’s YOUR digital lifestyle connected. It was specifically designed based on feedback from our current AppRadio customers and offers quick and effortless access to personalized information needed in the in-vehicle environment including: Maps, Media, News and Calendar. AppRadioLIVE pulls content from many different sources and services which you likely already have an account with. All you have to do is download the FREE AppRadioLIVE app and sync your services. All you information saved on those accounts will be pulled into the AppRadioLIVE interface.

AppRadio knows entertainment, so we have built in the capability not only to play the songs stored on your smartphone, but also to stream them via Bluetooth® from your beloved music app. We have also listened to our customers and added in a CD/DVD player so you can love a traditional library of music without having to have a smartphone connected.

BUILT IN CD/DVD PLAYER
The AppRadio three (SPH-DA210) includes a CD/DVD mechanism for playback of music and movies stored on conventional media. The AppRadio three motorized screen simply glides down and exposes an open slot to insert and eject your CD/DVDs lightly.
AM/FM RADIO TUNER
AppRadio three also features a built-in AM/FM tuner with RDS text information display (when available), MOSFET fifty Watts X four power and dual preamp outputs.

APPRADIO IS Brainy
In addition to iOS and Android capabilities, AppRadio three introduces compatibility with MirrorLink, an in-vehicle connectivity standard created by the Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC). MirrorLink technology enables consumers to connect compatible smartphones to AppRadio three (or other compatible in-dash receivers) via a Pioneer USB cable (sold separately) to access certain music and map applications for a more convenient and safer in-car practice. Similar to AppRadio Mode, MirrorLink is now integrated into AppRadio three and offers a vehicle-specific interface and connectivity with MirrorLink certified devices from smartphone manufacturers such as Samsung, Nokia and others. MirrorLink gives you a custom-made interface so you can access your music, map services and your phone to make calls on-the-go, hands-free of course.

HANDS-FREE VOICE CONTROL
Users of iPhone 4s or later devices can take advantage of Siri ® Eyes Free functionality with a touch of the AppRadio three touchscreen. When activated, Siri voice prompts play through the vehicle’s speakers and the user’s questions and guidelines are received and transmitted using the outward microphone provided with AppRadio Trio. Siri Eyes Free provides access to many iPhone functions, such as music selection, listening to and composing text messages, Maps, calendar information, reminders.
Users of compatible voice-enabled Android smartphones can utilize voice recognition using Pioneer’s free of charge CarMediaPlayer app. Users can simply touch the voice icon on the display of the receiver and speak into the included microphone to activate many of the most commonly used guidelines.
